Your Views Matter Survey

County Durham Housing Group, together with local landlords Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes, are reviewing the way we deliver housing services. This will include estate management, tenancy management and support, antisocial behaviour, and customer contact.

In order to understand the types of services our customers want to see in the future, please take the time to answer the following short questions:

1. Which housing services do you value the most (pick no more than three)?

2. Think about the housing services you currently receive. Is there anything you think we should do more of in the future?

3. Think about the housing services you currently receive. Are there any services you think we should do less of?

4. Which of the following services/information would you be most likely to access yourself using a computer/smartphone/tablet device (you can tick more than one option):

5. Do you have any other comments you would like us to consider when we review housing services?

Thank you for taking part in this survey.

Your views are important to us and will help us to make the services you receive even better in the future.

Thank you for your feedback.
